Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress best well-known for her work on television and film in various categories. She was awarded many awards, among them an Emmy Award, the Daytime Emmy Award as well as the National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actor. She first came to recognition portraying twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap-opera Another World (1987-1991) winning her a Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The latter part of the 1990s saw her become famous for her roles in the crime-drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer and the political comedy Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953, is an American actress from the United States. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba on the TV show Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is the daughter of the actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was an actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's professional career started very young. When she was just 4Lockhart was in the role of T is for Tumbleweed. The short film on the topic was selected by the Academy Awards. Her mother brought her to the Studio where she was introduced to what the industry of film was like. Lockhart has also been featured in many shows of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her first film. The Sixth Sense was a program on television that was aired in 1972. At the age of 18, she played Joan Crawford, Joan's daughter. Joan played the role in the show for her last time. A popular rumor is that Anne declined the role as Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's 1978 thriller Halloween which was later cast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter says the actress was on his list to play the character, but that she rejected it. Anne isn't sure if she remembers John Carpenter contacting her or offering the part. It is possible that one of her agents declined the role on her behalf without telling the actress. Glen Larson, who had sent her the very first draft script of a part in the tv show Battlestar Galactica from 1978, at first, she was chosen. Her initial reaction was to decline the role since the character did not seem strong. Glen wrote an entirely brand new character, Sheba that was more powerful. The Living Legend's first 25-page script was read to Sheba and she was immediately in agreement. The show lasted just one episode. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. She also co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
